Payment can be made via the order at table page (served up) via your phone, or you can order via one of our team and pay by card / contactless. We won't be able to accept any cash payments.
Yes well behaved dogs on a lead and children are welcome. Children of all ages are included in the 'rule of six' under current guidance for hospitality.
Yes, limited free parking is available at East Court however we do ask that you walk or cycle if possible.
Yes there is step free access available to the terraces. If you have any particular needs you would like to discuss before the event please get in touch.
No, this event has been organised by Sussex Event Bars in partnership with High Gain Event Services as a way to support local musicians, breweries and food vendors as well as get our own team back to work after the pandemic. As part of our ongoing relationship with the town council a cut of all revenue from the event goes towards maintaining the facilities at East Court and funding Christmas lights for the town.
Yes, if you would like to come for the whole day then you are welcome to book a table that will be reserved for you between 11.30 and 7pm. Otherwise we have divided the day into 2 sessions.
Sadly we're unable to refund tables in case of now show or cancellation. If you are running late please let us know by calling 01342 555195. We do reserve the right to reallocate tables to walk in guests.
Your £10 table fee covers the entertainment and equipment hire for the live music. We've tried to make this as low as possible whilst also ensuring that we can offer artists a small fee for playing. At less than £2 per person we hope you'll agree it's great value.
We may have some table available for walk-in customers on the day but we are limited in capacity and ask you to pre-book if possible. Due to the current hospitality guidelines we can only serve customers whilst seated at tables, we won't be able to accommodate standing guests.
Whilst we are not against you bringing in a few snacks we would encourage you to support our local food vendors where possible and ask that you avoid bringing picnics into the venue. As a licensed premises we do kindly request that you avoid bringing in your own alcohol to the venue. A fully licensed bar will be available on site.
